How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SWRM.
Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.
If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included in the shipping confirmation email we send you.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are manufactured and shipped in the United States. We ensure your goodies will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast and affordable shipping services!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Contact our support team by clicking the button below, and we’ll do our best to make the changes before your order ships.
If your order has already shipped, we can always send a replacement order to your updated address for an additional shipping fee.
Because each product is made to order, we can’t make changes to orders that have been finalized and shipped.
Size and Style Exchanges
Once the order has been placed we cannot make changes without passing on any additional manufacturing costs to you. Please double check that your design/order is correct before finalizing.
We do understand that every case is different so please email firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
We recommend washing the majority of our merchandise the following way: inside-out with cold water and hang-drying (you can also put the shirt in the dryer for about 3 minutes to remove most of the wrinkles before you begin to hang dry).
Items purchased on SWRM are custom made and printed just for you. We do not offer returns unless the item is defective. We do, however, offer exchanges for apparel sizing issues. If you find it necessary to exchange any part of your order, please contact us and we will initiate the exchange process. Please note you will be responsible for all postage.
To set up an exchange, please send an e-mail to us at email@example.com, include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail, and we'll take care of the rest!
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!

Designer Payment Process
We pay designers every 60 days on net revenue of $20 or more.
Payment will usually take place between the 15th and 20th days of the month.
Deposits into a designer’s bank account will generally be credited within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date SWRM initiates the deposit request. The actual timing of the deposit may depend on how quickly a seller’s bank processes the request.
